Members first
You elect the Chairman. You should run the party, not read about it afterward.
The State Committee meets once a year. The Executive Committee meets every month. State Committee members should see that work as it happens, have the facts before they vote and get a Chairman who answers to them.

- First 100 daysSend every State Committee member the party budget and finance report well before the annual State Committee meeting, with time to read it.
- First 100 daysSend a monthly report to members: money raised, money spent, staff activity and what is coming next.
- First 100 daysOpen a bylaws review that any member can join, with proposed changes sent out well before any vote.
- 2027 local electionsLaunch a member portal with Executive Committee agendas and minutes, reports and the member directory in one place.
- 2027 local electionsHold Chairman's office hours in every county each year, so members never have to drive to Concord to be heard.
